These prices do not include breakfast.
Breakfast is 15 Euro per person, per day. We would like to receive booking for breakfast when you confirm the apartment.
Booking Procedure
For the final confirmation of your room we require a deposit of 30% to be settled through bank transfer, specifying the reason of payment.

You can also settle the 30% deposit with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard). In this case we need number, expiration date, name on the card and the three security number is the back.
Cancellation policy:
Total refund of the deposit if you cancel the reservation 30 days before the beginning of your stay.
We will not refund your deposit if you cancel the reservation between the 29th and the 15th day before the beginning of your stay.
After the above-mentioned periods, meaning two weeks prior your stay, we will request a total settlement for the amount agreed.
- In all the apartments you can enjoy: satellite TV, wire broadcasting, telephone (about 0,20 Euro per minute), air conditioning/heat with warm air, safety box, fridge, dishes, silverware, pol and pans with all the necessary to cook, and linen with weekly change (upon request change of towels for 7,50 euro per person).
- Included in the price: use of eletricity / water / gaz, linen with weekly change, use of the swimming pool, mountain bike, and final cleaning of the apartment at the end of time stay (the kitchen should be cleaned by the guest: if not, we have to debit 25 euro).
- Service upon request - excluded from the prices: snack-bar restaurant (open only by night), internet point, tennis and horseback riding (near).
- Deposit upon arrival: 250 Euro per apartments.
- We accept all credit card.
- Eastern+special week-ends: periods D.
- Arrival: Sathurday 03.00 PM / Departure Sat. 10.00 AM.
