Two rooms apartment on the first floor for 4 or 6 guests of about 65 mq. 2 double room, on of these with 2 bunkbeds, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower.

Three rooms apartment on first floor for 6 person of about 90 mq. 2 double rooms, steel stairs that allows the access to 2 additional beds in a small attic, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms with shower.
